Recovery and balance to the connective tissues of the whole body. Relieves severe tension in the muscles and treats particular skeletal disorders. Perfect for athletes, as this massage also promotes and improves range of motion and flexibility.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY  (90 minutes)

This therapy involves deactivating trigger points that may cause local or referred pain. Sensations, such as headaches may occur from pain in other parts of the body. Trigger points relate to a dysfunctional neuromuscular junction in the muscles. Trigger Point massage works by accomplishing three basic goals:

  • It breaks into the chemical and neurological feedback loop that maintains the muscle contraction
  • It increases circulation that has been restricted by the contracted tissue
  • It directly stretches the trigger point's knotted muscle fibers

ORTHOPEDIC MASSAGE (120 minutes)

A systematic and effective approach to treating pain and injuries. This massage utilizes the medical science that deals with the prevention or correction of disorders involving locomotor structures of the body. Works especially on the skeleton, joints, muscles, fascia, and other supporting structures such as ligaments and cartilage. Orthopedic Massage includes assessment, matching the physiology of the tissue injury with the physiological effects of treatment and adaptability, with appropriate use of the rehabilitation protocol.

HEAD, NECK AND SHOULDER MASSAGE (60 minutes)

This massage focuses on the areas where most stress and tension are manifested in the body. Results leave you relaxed with healing and balance restored to the muscle areas affected.

Using the ancient Chinese art of relaxation this treatment involves applying pressure to specific reflex points located on the feet that correspond to related glands, organs, and systems of the body. MOTHER AND CHILD MASSAGE (75 minutes)

Because pregnant women experience dramatic changes the benefits of this massage are greater energy, muscle relaxation, less back and leg pain, relief from headaches, better sleep, stress reduction, improved mood, and increased circulation.

Please note: This massage can only be done if you are past your thirteenth week of pregnancy.

HOT STONE MASSAGE (90 minutes)

Hot Stone Massage employs the use of smooth flat heated stones. The stones are placed in specific spots on the client's body. Though commonly referred to as "Hot Stone Massage", cool stones may also be used as part of the massage session. This massage is a deeply soothing and relaxing form of massage for both mind and body.

The heat helps the tight muscles to release. Additional benefits include improved circulation and pain relief. Promotes muscle and tissue relaxation and alleviates stress.

 

Contradictions: If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or are currently under a clinical practitioner's care please consult your practitioner prior to receiving a Hot Stone Massage.

REJUVENATING FACIAL MASSAGE (75 minutes)

Utilizing unique facial techniques, this massage targets recovery by separating the muscle fibers and tissues, softening the appearance of expression lines. This age management treatment is packed with powerful anti-aging products that help the skin with collagen and firming, resulting in a more youthful appearance. This facial massage also includes the neck, shoulder, arms, and hands.

SCRUB BODY MASSAGE (90 minutes)

Like skin cells on your face, the cells on your body regularly shed revealing new healthier skin below. We massage/scrub the entire body with exfoliating granules removing the dead skin. The rubbing action employed boosts circulation and helps drain your lymph nodes by increasing blood flow to the skin surfaces. Following the body cleansing, warm towels are applied and a vitamin-enriched hydration body cream or oil containing nutrients is applied leaving the skin hydrated, smooth, and soft. We use only soft natural exfoliates that are non-allergenic and fragrance-free.

SUMMER BREEZE (100 minutes)

The energizing treatment - Summer Breeze - A Natural Sugar Scrub and Nourishing Body Massage using vegan body oils. SUDATONIC INFRARED BODY WRAP (120 MINUTES)

This treatment is based on scientific principals, using Infrared Heat to increase metabolism. Our exclusive "Infrared Blanket" is used in conjunction with Sudatonic Cream, flushing toxins out of the body. The treatment begins with a Lymphatic Draining Massage, utilizing Sudatonic body cream, then you are wrapped in the Infrared Blanket for 30 to 45 minutes. The treatment's benefits include: reducing stress and fatigue, removing waste and toxins from the body, improving skin texture and appearance. Other benefits include weight loss, reduction of cellulite and stretch marks, and totally relaxing experience.

 

Prior to undergoing this treatment, it is important to eat a good meal, 1/2- 1 hr prior to the beginning of the treatment, consisting of low-fat proteins, vegetables or fruit, and sugar carbohydrates. Drink plenty of water before and after the treatment. Do not use lotions on your skin prior to the Sudatonic Infrared Body Wrap.

Contradictions:

  • If you using prescription drugs check with your physician or pharmacist for possible changes in the drug's effect due to an interaction with infrared heat.
  • According to some authorities it is considered inadvisable to raise the core temperature of someone with adrenal suppression, systemic lupus, erythematosus, or multiple sclerosis.
  • If you have had a recent (acute) joint injury, it should not be heated for the first 48 hours or until the hot and swollen symptoms subside. Joints that are chronically hot and swollen may respond poorly to vigorous heating of any kind.
  • Vigorous heating is strictly contraindicated in cases of closed infections whether they are dental, in joints, or in any other tissues.
  •  Infrared should not be used with the following conditions: Pregnancy, Surgical Implants, Silicone, Menstruation, Hemorrhage.
  • Should any condition worsen with the use of an infrared heat system, the use of the system should be discontinued.
  • Pain should not be experienced when using an infrared heat system.
